About the Artist
Dr. Tim Fedak is a professional freelance medical illustrator based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, who has been serving clients across Canada and the United States since 2001.
Dr. Fedak attained a PhD, Dalhousie University (Biology), with his research focused on vertebrate palaeontology. His research has won recognition and awards, as well as resulted in several articles published in major journals.
Prior to completing his graduate research, Dr. Fedak studied visual art at the University of Guelph and then completed his BFA (Bachelor of Fine Art) from Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.
